What was the problem?
In a rapidly changing marketplace, the company's leader recognised the need for a clear vision and strategy to maximise the value of the brand and prepare the company for the next stage of its growth.

 
 

What did we do?
A collaborative discovery process with the leadership team to identify the company’s core values, drivers and differentiating capabilities. We analysed key customer segments to identify current, unmet needs and anticipate how needs are likely to change as the industry landscape evolves.

What did we achieve?
We created a strategic vision for the company and roadmap of strategic and tactical priorities to guide expansion and partner ecosystem development over the next three years. A high street bank

What was the problem?
The operating divisions of the bank were failing to collaborate around content creation and marketing. This resulted in huge duplication of effort and wasted resource. It also undermined the effectiveness of the bank’s corporate brand communication.

 
 

What did we do?
United the communications and content leaders from the divisions of the bank to understand their needs and priorities, then worked with the corporate team to create a single content process to unify the divisional activities.

What did we achieve?
Our process was successfully launched and implemented across the bank resulting in an increased quality of content and communication, speed of production and resource efficiency.

What was the problem?
The firm was embarking on a digital transformation to keep pace with its competitors and changing customer demands. To maintain momentum, the network of partners and operating companies in other markets needed to be brought on board.

Worked with the global digital team to develop and bring to life a narrative that presented the vision for transformation and would be used to win the support of the partner leadership team

What did we achieve?
Based upon extensive customer research to understand needs and behaviours, we created a narrative that told the story of the changing customer environment and how the firm would also change to keep pace and create new opportunity.

The framework was adopted as a basis to assess the strategic effectiveness of the partnership, especially in enabling the expansion of the company into new markets and new client relationships
